how can you'r one child have two fathers? or is it for two different children? I think the only way to do this would be to go to court and tell them that you have not been recieving child support. they will find a way to enforce it

You should have a local chapter of child support enforcement agency. Contact them with whatever info you have on the fathers along with a copy of the support order and they should take it from there. Trying to avoid child support payments can be as haunting to dead beat fathers as criminal felony charges can be. Good luck and Merry Christmas

i have a son who is by a dead beat dad and i dont ask him for nothing. not even support. in the state of Michigan the one who has custody of the child and wants child support has to pay $20 to enforce or even get child support and thats on a low income. i figuered why should i pay for his responsibilties? and trust me you reap what you sew it may not be today or tomorrow or even next week or next month but some day down the line when the child gets older they will make the decision weither to see the dead beat or not and praise you for raising him without his help. so just be patient and keep raising him the way you are...even in hard times...

Good Luck Sweetie, I've been waiting eight years for child support. I've been to the county child support office where I live and where he lives. I talked to a lawyer in my state and his. I've wrote to my state Representative. I've talked to office of inspector general. I've pressed felony flagrant non support charges, still nothing!
That is the list of stuff that I have done, maybe you'll have better luck that I have.

usually you would contact the judge who issued the order and ask him to enforce the order.
