New York is that city that does not sleep so i should think so, even veg markets or open to early hours in the morning.

No, unless you know of an after-hours place and people are constantly looking for one. There are plenty of 24hr restaurants but no one is allowed to serve alcohol after 4am. You can buy beer in a store 24hrs a day unless it's on Sunday, when you cannot by beer from 3-8am unless they are willing to break the law. A lot of stores I've been in will still sell it until 4am though since the bars are open until 4am anyway.

IM NOT SURE BUT BARS CLOSING A 4 IS VERY GOOD IN NJ WE CLOSE A 230 AND LAST CALL IS 2. ALL LIQUOR STORES CLOSE I'LL SAY THE LATEST IS 10PM, THE EARLIEST IS 10AM IN SOME AREAS AND YOU CAN ONLY GET BEER FROM A LIQUOR STORE NOT A BODEGA OR ANY OTHER STORE

yup 4am is last call here. and i don't think ny liquor laws are all that weird... in CT they can't sell liquor on sundays and can't sell past 9pm in stores, last call I believe is 1am.
