Yes! Its very normal to grow apart from a boyfriend. It just means that you are maturing and what you thought you needed is not what you really needed after all. Good Luck Girl!!!!!!

it's so normal it's sad.

i have realized this a long time ago.
sure perhaps there are some people that found "the one"
but in a world where marrige and divorce is taken so easy
so simple.

love is not taken as seriously lately. it's a come and go thing.
but then again people can't help but falling out of love.
it's because we're human.

if you want to prevent this... start showing how much you guys really care and love for each other.

yes. that's way your dating.dating is see if your a match. and to ask yourself can you spend the next 30+yrs with this person. so if your growing apart it's time to move on. and don't mean he's not a nice guy or your being mean all it means that your realizing your not a match with him. and growing apart is a big sign of that. even in a marriage we feel distinct but you have that spacial something going on called a marriage.your just dating this person.if you feel he's not a match it's time to stop wasting time.

Totally depends on the situation. Generally, if you are just dating to have fun, just to have someone to hang with on the weekends, then sure, its normal.
If, however, you're looking for something more, such as a long-term relationship, one leading towards marriage, then.... no, not really. A relationship involves teamwork, togetherness, mutual interests nad goals, and cooperation, and if you don't have that, you don't really have much of a relationship.
