so there's this guy that i've liked for a really long time, but he's in the marines and he's leaving after new years. he has only been back from training for a month, and he's been a complete asshole to me except when he wants a booty call. i dont want to be his booty call but i definitely want to talk to him and see him before he leaves. what should i do?
by the way, i should probably let you know that i havent actually BEEN his booty call, thats just what he wants from me, so thats probably why he's been an asshole. but for the 4 months he was at training he treated me like his girlfriend..calling me every night saying how much he missed me and he kept my picture with him everyday and whatnot. but now he's a different person, so if any of you guys could tell me why he might be like this... i would appreciate it a lot. thanks!

ok calm down everyone, im not as dumb as i might have sounded. all i wanted to ask was whether or not i should bother seeing him before he leaves... JUST as a goodbye, not to have sex with him.

Take it from a former Marine who's been there: by being nice to him and being in touch in an environment where there are no women and everyone has a girl back home, he was made to think that you were his girl. Hence he believes that it's your obligation to be his booty call, after all, that's how men (especially manly young Marines) see the world. He's sexually frustrated since you apparently are the only sex option he has right now, and he wants it bad. You can either tell him you're "breaking up" with him (if you were ever together), or give him the goodies like he wants. Just don't reel him along, that's just impolite.

So let me get this straight. He misses you when he doesn't actually have to be around you--When he is around you, he is a jack---. And you already know he is only interested in a booty call which you aren't interested in. Exactly what kind of an answer are you looking for? He could not be sending a clearer signal. Have you read "He's Just Not That Into You" by Greg somebody. You should. The guy has no interest in you.

You were just someone he needs to keep busy and entertained plain and simple.And no it ant worth sleeping with him either don't be stupid now you already sound that way you know what he just wants,he probably already tryed talking you down to having sex but it didn't work so hes sounds played out allready he gave it a best shot on you.leave it at that.Of course hes leaveing all he wants is to get laid period as much as he can for sure he is screwing someone else on the side beside you or at least trying to get you also.Probably gots a girl.

I went to boot camp too. In boot camp letters are the only thing to do to keep in contact w.the world.
You said he wants you to be his hoe so what are you asking?
There is nothing you should do except go to school and get a life.
P.S. dont become a private's girlfriend.. its too much hassle.

hes a friggin marine. if hes being an asshole then u need to seriously confront him because i know a bunch of them and they like to think theyre soooo great. just talk to him about it. he might be too proud. after all they really are the best =)
