If you tell him you love him while you are having sex with him, most likely, he is not being truthful. He is just saying it so that he can continue having sex with you.

I'm not sure how old you are but
that makes a big difference. For the
sake of the question I will assume you're
an adult. You know the old saying, "Actions
speak louder than words." that's absolutely
true. In addition, does he grab your hand when
you walk. How about snuggle up close to you
on the couch. Does he do things (hobbies, activities)
with you even though you know it's not his thing.
A BIG ONE IS. Does he actually listen to you. What
I mean by that, is he focused on what you're saying,
not just nodding or saying um hum. Test him later to
find out if he does. What about birthday, anniversary
and holiday gifts? Does he put thought into them or
gives you whatever happened to be on the way home.
How about compliments? Do you have to fish for them?
If he gives one, is it relevant or is he just saying something
he thinks you want to hear?
What about sex, making love? Is he open to things you want?
Does he take the time to please you, without bitching? If you're
the type, does he hold you afterward?
I could go on forever but I think you get the idea.
One last thing. You can take what I say to heart. I am
a very attentive man who appreciates a good woman
who in turn appreciates a good man.

I say actions speak more than words.
You can tell more about a guy by paying attention to the way he acts than than by what he speaks.
One guy may tell you that he loves you, and at the first sign of trouble run away. Another guy might never say "I love you" but spend three days in a hospital, sleeping on a chair, waiting to hear if you're OK.

there's a huge gamble that he's thoughts are in basic terms in all places on the 2nd, maximum folk get scared whilst they locate out that they are somewhat falling for somebody. yet nonetheless on the different hand he would be messing with your head, the only thank you to get the main surprising answer is by ability of chatting with him and getting him to describe how he feels. sturdy success ;D

You can't.
Most men these day will do whatever it take to sleep with someone. If you date someone for a long time without sleeping with him, then it's a good indication that he loves you for you.
If a guys wants to sleep with you and keeps pressuring you, then most likely he doesn't love you.
On the other hand, if you can read his thoughts, then you can find out if he really loves you. ;)

well for me (as a guy) i can feel how my lady feels --- and while she is afraid of being hurt and finds it difficult to open up i know that what i feel is correct
so the answer is you feel it --- she knows i love her and and i know she loves me
