I actually bought some online since I couldn't find any at any stores in my area and though it was great! Obviously the taste isn't the best (like with most energy drinks) but it gave me WAY more energy than Red Bull or any other energy drink I've ever tried. The place I got it from used to sell it in a pack of 6 cans, but now it looks like they only have 24 pack cases for sale, but regardless, it was still the best price I could find online for it when you add in the shipping cost.
As far as being healthy goes, I'm not too sure any energy drinks are really "healthy" for you, but if you're going to drink them anyway, why not drink the one that gives you the most energy?

The problem is that what energy drinkers don’t know is that these drinks, which are saturated in caffeine and sugar, can hook drinkers into a jolt-and-crash cycle.
“Caffeine is a stimulant, and is present for its’ stimulatory effects on the body and brain. This effect can last for up to 12 hours,” ARAMARK nutritionist Kate Ruley said.
Too much caffeine can cause increased heart rate and blood pressure, poor sleep and declining motor skills.
Furthermore, caffeine, which is a confirmed drug, in these beverages comes from multiple sources making it difficult to tell how much caffeine is actually in the beverages. The average energy drink is served in a can two-thirds the size of a standard can of Coke and yet contains two to four times the amount of caffeine compared to Coke. Furthermore, caffeine’s impact varies from person to person.
Recent studies have found that energy drinks are now being consumed for purposes other than heightened attention. Poison-control centers have been receiving a surprising number of calls from young people getting sick from too much caffeine as a result of downing several cans in a row to get a buzz.
A Brazilian study found college students did not feel as drunk as they actually were after dinking vodka and Red Bull. The stimulant effect of the caffeine can mask how intoxicated a person is and prevent them from realizing how much they have consumed. This combination known as the Friday Flattener or Dirty Pompadour has been popular for about a decade.
“Mixing energy drinks with alcohol is dangerous,” Ruley said. “The stimulatory effect of caffeine, combined with the depressant effect of alcohol, can cause cardiopulmonary or cardiovascular failures. Because both caffeine and alcohol are diuretics, when combined, they can cause rapid dehydration.”
Dehydration can hinder your body’s ability to metabolize alcohol and will increase the toxicity, and therefore the hangover, the next day. Not only this but once the stimulant effect wears off, the depressant effects of the alcohol will remain and can cause vomiting during sleep or respiratory depression.
Researchers in Chicago reported this month that they saw a surprisingly high number of cases of caffeine abuse over the past three years, including 12 percent that required hospital treatment. The average age of the victims was 21.

Well, after looking into the product the only thing Ive com up with is that its just like any other energy drink with one exception; caffeine! It has 350% more caffeine than red-bull. So let me put it to you this way; have you ever drank a red-bull and than tried to do any type of physical exercise? Just to enlighten you it feels like your heart is trying to get oxygen directly by breaking out of your chest and breathing in air itself. Now multiply that by 3.5! For caffeine junkies on the never-ending search for the the next big buzz this might be the best thing since Cindy Margolis doing Playboy, but for the average person this is trouble. Someone who isn't used to caffeine might find themselves in for a BIG surprise if they drink this. On another note; caffeine is addictive. With that much caffeine per serving its more likely that junior will be trading in his lunch money for his next 'cocaine" fix. My advice; leave it alone! Whats next, 100% pure caffeine fruit snack? Don't by into the hype. That is unless you want to be the next proverbial whore for the medias always hungry marketing machine.
