Without shaving or waxing,
I would say threading is the easiest and most inexpensive way if you do it yourself.
I, personally think waxing is the best way to remove facial hair. Although it may hurt the first time, you do get used to it, and now it doesn't even hurt.
If you want to avoid waxing, try threading or Nair. Although Nair does tend to make your hair grow back coarsely.

Avon sells a good facial hair remover, but if you have sensitive skin stay away from that and the nair brands, they'll burn. You can try plucking, but it may hurt a bit. Electrolisis is permanent, hurts a bit, but you only have to do it once and the hair is gone permanently.

Avon has a great facial hair remover. It doesn't stink or burn and the hair stays off for a long time and doesn't grow back coarse.I love it.

You can try plucking it but I wouldn't use nair beacuse that stuff stinks and you will smell that for hours. Trust me!

Get one of those little Finishing Touch battery operated razors - they look like a pen. I use one & they work really great.
