We are great at snacks!
If you are on the move: snack bags of pretzels, grapes, the ritz dinosaur shaped crackers, goldfish, or raw carrots. for little hands an apple or raisins in the tiny boxes.

If you are sitting around: cheese and crackers (small slices of peperoni on top are good too) on a plate so they can build what they like, microwave popcorn, yogurt, applesauce, canned fruit with light syrup and drained (peaches, oranges, etc), vienna sausages, cheese sticks.
Good luck!

my kids love quesadillas (take like 5 min. to make and you can put whatever you want in them)
also I cook enough for dinner that I usually have some leftovers to warm up a couple of days later
Mini pizzas are good (made with your choice of toppings...we use tortillas as pizza crust)
Ummm...let's see I'm terrible when comes to figuring out stuff for the kids to eat Sorry
