If the kitten is old enough to be fertile, yes. There is no special code that says 'relative detected - conception canceled' or anything along those lines. However, due to little genetic variety the resulting kittens are more likely to have genetic defects than normal kittens would be.

the daddy would don't have any pastime interior the kittens as "his." Paternity isn't some thing cats imagine about. Now how this being pregnant befell is a case for the files: if both are mounted, there is not any such "previous" being pregnant. there is a few thing somewhat uncomplicated about your recounting of the activities. Neutered adult males are satisfied to attempt copulation with a lady. they basically don't have any sperm to impregnate the female. the female will be very keeping of the kittens. that's probably an excellent theory to save the male away, particulary in case you do not understand a lot about the male and lady and their previous courting.

Yes I had this happen. The kittens all died though. There was something seriously wrong. I am the first one to admit that I was not a responsible pet owner.I didn't think he was old enough to get her pregnant. I got her spayed right after the kittens died. I would have had him neutered but a Damn Cat Killer killed him. After that I never let her out again! Remember that they are animals and they don't understand right from wrong.

Yes, at about 6 months old. This will cause inbreeding. the kittens may have birth defects, deformities, and general bad health. Have all your cats spayed/neutered ASAP.

If the male is mature enough to inpregnate the older cat, yes. Then you end up with inbred cats that can have health problems.

It depend on how old the male cat is, if he's sexually active he can make any feline pregnant. Do you really think cats understand the concept of incense? So the answer is yes, if he's old enough.
