You need to give us more information to get good answers. For what programs? In what state or country? How old is the adult? Is there a price range to consider? Etc.

University of Phoenix. They have campuses everywhere and you can take courses online. They are geared towards working adults.

University of Maryland University College (www.umuc.edu), lots of on-line accredited degrees (B.A., B.S., M.S.) lots of in person classes as well. Credit for life experience (and military courses). I have 2 degrees from there and they prepared me well for graduate school (I did very well).

Depends on where you are. If you live in East Lancashire, I can reccomend Blackburn college, If no I can't help you.
