Why am getting with sploshes?

First of all, your question make NO SENSE at all.
I think you are saying that you are getting white splotches or bags under your eyes.
here are some possible reasons why:
-a cream or cleanser you are using
-lack of sleep
-allergic reaction to something

I have heard from runway models they use Preparation -H for hemroids , they say it works wonders for bags under the ayes , it has a skin tightening agent , good luck.

Try gettin tanned or something. I got tanned last summer, and my boyfriend's ex said I was almost as white as sour cream. But she's a b**** so she don't know nothin

rub Almer's coco butter underneath your eyes every morning ang night. It should go away in about three weeks time...if you want to hide it for now then rub makeup on it! Good luck!

Ok just relax take two cucumbers and put them over your bags.
Before you put them on let them sit in a bowl full of cold cold H2o.
