My God, My God, why have You
Abandoned me?
I have cried desperately for help
But still it does not come.
During the day I call to you, my God,
But you do not answer;
I call at night,
But get no rest.
(The Psalm 22:1-2)

These Verses are clarifying the following points:-

•Jesus is calling God, the Almighty Lord, for help.

•Jesus is not God. He is a man who is appearing here as a worried and helpless person, and whosoever worries or becomes helpless, he can not be held as God or Son-God.

•Jesus is not calling the Holy God as Father. Nor, he is showing any privilege in terms of the Son-god.

•Jesus is beseeching here for help from God as a man and a Prophet, as the foregoing Prophets used to beseech.

•The Creator of Jesus is the Almighty Lord and Jesus is calling the Lord in terms of a creature.

•God is the Almighty Lord.

•Jesus is in need of help from God. He, himself, is not capable to get rid of the situation. So, he is seeking salvation from God. And, God is his Saviour like those of the foregoing Prophets.

•Jesus is not the Almighty Lord. Nor he is Son of the Almighty Lord as the son always resembles to his father. But here, Jesus is simply a powerless person, not a powerful God or son god.

“My God My God,
why have you abandoned me?”

•God is never dominated by anyone or anything. But here, in the prayer, Jesus is dominated by an adverse situation. So he is not God at all.

•God has created troubles and problems, through which, God enforces humanity to resort to God. Likewise is the case of Jesus here. So, he is no more than a weak human being.

•The Verse explains that the will of Jesus and the will of God are totally different and separate. The both are not “one” at all.

•Jesus is calling the Lord, day and night, continuously. So, it is quiet evident that
“Eli Eli Lema Sabachthani”

Is a long prayer but the Gospels by Matthew & Mark are reporting the only first four words. As such, their report is, definitely, insufficient.
Jesus is a man like the other men___ and he is a Prophet like the other Prophets___ and all the men & Prophets are the creatures of God. So how Jesus or any other prophet can be considered as God?

•Whosoever will trust the God, the One God; he will be definitely, saved as Jesus was saved.

•Whosoever will call the Lord___ considering the Lord as his Saviour__ he will never be disappointed as Jesus was not disappointed.

A principle is, naturally evolved through these Verses (the Verse 4 & 5 of the prayer) that whosoever will call the Lord for help, he will be, positively helped. Provided__ he persists on Monotheism__ and desists from Polytheism. Beware please___ to seek help from someone beside the Lord___ is clear-cut polytheism___ which has been vigorously rejected by the Lord in all the Scriptures.

During his preaching, Jesus had never called himself as God or Son-God. Now, look upon those people who consider Jesus as God or Son-God. They are, baselessly, blaming even those people who were present at the spot and knew that Jesus was not God or son-god. In other words, the people with the belief that Jesus is God or Son-god; are far more enemies of Jesus who tried to crucify him.

The people who say that Jesus is God or Son-God or in his guise, the Lord descended upon earth because of God’s love for humanity. They are, baselessly, blaming Jesus and the Lord of Jesus, the both. Jesus was born after Adam, Noah, Abraham, Ismael, Isaac, Jacob, David, Solomon, Moses and the numerous other Prophets (peace & blessings of God be upon all of them). If he were the Son-God, then, all of the foregoing Prophets, must have been the believers of Trinity. But the case is not like that at all. None of them was the believer of Trinity, rather, none of them, had, even, heard about the name of Trinity, in their times. Hence, Trinity is nothing else but an invented and artificial concept which has no existence, even, during the time of Jesus. It is, therefore, a rootless concept from all accounts.

Jesus believed in the same God___ who was believed in__ by Adam, Noah, Ibrahim, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses and all the prophets (peace &blessings of the LORD be upon all of them).

According to Jesus, God, the Holy One; is the Saviour of the Whole mankind. God is capable (be God glorified as God is) to relive off every infliction. None of the human beings is saviour beside God. Jesus, himself is also, not a saviour at all. The people who have chosen him as their saviour__ they have denied the Holy One___ who alone is the saviour of Jesus and whole mankind and the act of choosing Jesus as saviour__ is equal to hate the Holy One___ as it is clearly written in the old Testament:-

“I am the Lord your God. Worship no God but Me. Do not make for yourself images of anything in heavens or on earth or in the water under the earth. Do not bow down to any idol or worship it. Because I am the Lord your God and I tolerate no rivals. I bring punishment on those who hate me, on their descendants, down to third and fourth generation.”
(Exodus 20:1-5)

Now, ponder over the point that whosoever says that Jesus is God___ Holy Spirit is God___ Mary is God; has he not made an idol beside the One God? While nothing is there in the earth and heavens which could be considered in terms of the One God.

Beware please! A father is a father__ a mother is a mother___ and a son is a son__ and they all are the creatures of God. They cannot be considered as God___ as god is their Creator__ and nothing is like the Lord.

God is the Lord whose praises are recited by Israel. God is the originator of Torah (the law of Moses) including the Ten Commandments. And God has effected the 1st Commandment in the following words:-

“Worship no God but Me. Do not make for yourself images of anything in heaven or on earth or in the water under the earth.”

The Same God is the God of Jesus who was the God of Jacob and Moses (peace & blessings of God be upon all the three). The one God, beside whom, there is no God at all.

Jesus is not the inventor of Trinity. Nor he is presenting him as one of three Gods. Nor he is telling the One God as the third of the three gods. Instead, he is openly rejecting the concept of Trinity, which stands for the following three gods.

1.The God of Moses____ Jehovah
2.The word of God_____ Jesus
3.Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost.

The Trinity is a baseless concept in terms of the Verse under reference, the verse 3 of the prayer.

Torah says,
“Remember This! The Lord and the Lord alone___ is our God.
Love the Lord your god with all your heart,
With all your soul, and with all your strength.”
(Deut 6:4-5)

“Fear the Lord your God, worship only God,
and make your promises in God’s name alone.
Do not worship other gods,
Any of the gods of the people around you.
If you do worship other gods,
The Lord’s anger will come against you
Like fire and will destroy you completely,
Because the Lord your God,
Who is present with you, tolerates no rivals.”
(Deut 6:13-14-15)

“God is a great god and (only) one to be feared.’
(Deut 7:21)
All the messengers preached the same___ before man or idol worship. True followers of the messengers always followed the True religion and there was no difference of message of the messengers.
For example:
Jesus preached:-
1.HONOUR GOD
2.WORSHIP GOD
3.SERVE GOD
And today’s Christian leaders preach
1.Honour God and Jesus
2.Serve Jesus
3.Worship Jesus, Holy Ghost and God
Same is the case with Muslims. Muslims at the messengers’ time believed in God and followed and worshipped God only___ today’s Muslims follow the religion of their leader and call it Islam. Though, messenger Muhammad clearly mentioned the true religion is Islam:
TO BELIEVE IN ONE ALONE GOD___ TO PERFORM GOOD DEEDS___ TO BELIEVE IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT AFTER RESURRECTION.
On record is his word that Islam is to believe in God and to remain firm on that. So, even today we believe in the true religion of all nations__ according to the saying of all messengers.

Krishna Jee said to his father:-
‘Leave worship of all demi-gods and worship One, Alone God Only. Who is the Great Master and to serve whom is the duty of the slaves of God.’
God said to Moses:-
“I__AND I ALONE___AM GOD
AND ALL OTHER GODS ARE UNREAL.”
And in Quran God says:-
“I__AND I ALONE AM THE NOURISHER OF THE UNIVERSE.”
And, the word GOD means:-
1.G___ FOR GENERATOR OF THE UNIVERSE
2.O___ FOR ORGANIZER OF THE UNIVERSE AND COSMOS.
3.D___ FOR DESTROYER OF EVERYTHING.

All Holy Books tell us, that everything will be perished and nothing will be left but The One, Alone God to resurrect all whom God created for the judgement. All the messengers sent to mankind by the Great, AlMighty God__ died but the true religion of the God lives. So, to be the one nation of God:
BELIEVE IN ONE ALONE GOD___ PERFORM GOOD DEEDS___ BELIEVE IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT AFTER RESURRECTION.

Well, the matter of Jesus being God isn't completely agreed upon. However, all christians believe that Jesus was the Son of God.
As for why he was circumcized, he was under the Law. As for the bodily functions, he became human so that he could be tempted, so that he could experience the weaknesses of man, all so that he could live a perfect life and become the perfect sacrifice for us.
He did not NEED to do those things. He chose to. For u, me, and everyone else.
You are right to say that Jesus was a man. But not just a man, the Son of God, conceived through the Holy Spirit.
As for Adam, he was created from the dust. Jesus was born from the virgin Mary, who was made pregnant through the Holy Spirit. I'd say that's quite a bit different.
Hope this answers your question.

There are many differing understandings of who and what Jesus is. Personally I tend to follow what the Gnostic's understand to be the truth of his being. The point that was made through the incarnation of a spark of the light of the Creator of all. Not what the Muslims call Allah, this being is understood to be a lesser god, possibly even Satan El himself. Considering the followers believe that murdering women and children is OK. Jesus was created to show that this manifestation of being is not truly reality. That true reality is All of mankind is part of that which created all. For if all of Creation was created by the Creator of itself then all that is is that which created it. Jesus showed through what are called his miracles that reality is simply an illusion. I wonder how history will look back on all the murder in the middle east and see what was done and for what reason it was done.

I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses, I am indeed Christian. I believe what the Bible teaches, Jesus is God's son, who was sent to buy back what Adam lost, that is sin and death.

While on earth he lived as a man; perfect but nevertheless a man. He would of needed to be circumcised in obedience to the mosaic law; that was still in effect. Just by reading the gospels, you can really get insight into how Jesus viewed his life and ministry and his relationship with his Father. Jesus also fulfilled numerous Bible prophecies, that pointed to him as the Messiah. And Jesus is referred to as the "son"; at Jesus baptism in Matt 3:16,17 "...voice came from heaven "this is my Son" the beloved whom I have approved. So yes Jesus was indeed God's son, But not God.

He bought back what Adam(perfect man) lost. This alone would not make sense if Jesus was the most high God.

You did however find the Achilles heel with many who profess to be "Christian" when it comes to the trinity dogma, simply because it is not scriptural as you well know.

I can certainly sympathize w/you, Jehovah's Witnesses also experience lies and slander by people who are very ignorant as well as very hateful.

Well Muslim, Christianity, and Judasim are all based on the same basis. They both beleive in Yahweah. But the Muslims had Muhamad. Sorry if I spelt that wrong. Who was a prophet. Who is sort of the closest similarity to Jesus for Christians. But Muhamad was a prophet for Yaweah. While Jesus was the Son of Yahweah. An then Judasim beleive in the Son of God. But they don't believe he has come to Earth yet. So they only believe in the Old Testament. Sort of like Muhamad. Moses was a prophet who is beleived to talk to Yahweah. An to answer your question Jesus was crying out to his father God. Hoped that help.

You are missing the point. Jesus was the 2nd Adam. As with the first Adam sin entered the world with the 2nd Adam. Well, sent his son Jesus, who lived as a lowly human. HE lived his life on earth and lived a perfect life, and did not sin. That is why they say he made he who was sinless to be sin for us. An innocent man took your punishment. Watch the movie Narnia. The lion dies for the boy, just as Jesus did for you and me. Jesus conquered death and rose again three days later and then went to sit at the right hand of the Father. Jesus cried out to his Father because God could not look upon him as he bore our sins, just like it written that sin separates you from the Lord. Without the righteousness of Jesus' blood to cover your sins You will never enter Gods kingdom.

Read the bible. Christ is God in the flesh. God became flesh through Jesus Christ, His Son. All four gospels tell that Christ died on the Cross for our sins. If you don't believe the bible, then you're surely lost 'cause God is without sin and thus, incapable of lying. He needed to sleep, eat, etc because He (God) became human through Christ and thus, He had human traits - the same as we. His birth is different from Adam because Adam was created from the earth - Christ was not. Christ is without sin just as God the Father is without sin. Again, read the bible, especially the four gospels that talk about Christ's birth, death and resurrection. The bible tells it all.

To the Muslim that says Jesus is a prophet of Allah, that is completely wrong! Jesus is not a prophet of Allah - He is the Son of God as well as a prophet of God!

To the foul mouth person who doesn't believe that Jesus is God, look it up in the scriptures, buddy. Christ IS God - in the flesh. God the Father and Jesus Christ are one!

God came to earth as a human to humble himself to our level. He still needed humanly things, food, sleep, breath. But he had the spirit of the Lord inside of him, in that he could perform miracles, and died for our sins, and rose again. Exactly...he was a carpenter, he never tried to take over the world, because it was already His. The entire universe is his, he didn't need to go around yelling to people that he was God. He loved each and every person, and he humbly came to this earth to live like us, endure the worst of beatings, so that we can have eternal life with him. Sounds better then any other "god" I've ever heard of.

Jesus was God in the Flesh. He was a man who was tempted but never surrendered to His fleshly desire. He lived life the way we would if we were perfect and full of God's Spirit like Jesus was after His baptism by John when the Holy Spirit entered Him. He lived as a man to show us the way to live in other words the Word of God made flesh and to provide a perfect sacrifice for God the Father so that humans could be reconciled with God as it pleased the Father because He loves us that much.

Remember, he came down to Earth as a MAN. Therefore, he needed the same things as men- food, rest, and the reason why he stepped down humbly was so he could die on the cross for us and relieve us of sins that we bear.

he had to appear human, otherwise, people would be afraid of him since they did not know any better back then.
Now, a question for you. How come your people kill innocent people in the name of God, just because those people are not Muslim? What kind of god is that?
