My nose is huge. I can not take being ugly any longer. I am so sick of feeling like a big nose fatso.

NY has many great clinics. I've actually contemplated flying there just for the same procedure! I live in WA. You are fortunate. One search on the Internet should turn up many great places. The cost, however, will be at least $5000, and up to $7500.

Lisa, last week I watched Little People, Big World. SOmeone asked Matt (he is a dwarf about 4 ft tall) if he would like to be taller if given the chance.
Matt said know, his height is part of him and that we should learn to be happy with ourselves. This is great advice for everyone.
Your nose is one little part of you, the way you act and treat other people is what is important. People will not see you any differently.
remember the old adage - Beauty is only skin deep. It is what inside that counts. Inside is what makes you beautiful.

its basically attitude. your nostril isn't imperfect. are not getting a nostril job, its far greater eye-catching to be real and completely your self than it quite is to be pretend and adjusted, despite if its no longer substantial.
