I used to make this drink in nice restaurants and people loved them.
Take two wine glasses and run an orange peel around the rims . Dip the rims into sugar. Over a gas stove heat the rim while slowly turning the glass until the sugar bubbles, do this to both glasses. Put one ounce of Kahlua into each glass. Holding the glasses by the stems tilt one over the gas flame and the Kahlua will ignite. Now pour the fluid back and forth from glass to glass stretching them farther apart each time. I have gotten a beautiful 4 foot blue flame. Only do this a few times or you will burn off all the alcohol. In a small pan melt semi sweet chocolate add a shot of rum, tip the pan to ignite. As the blue flame is burning pinch a bit of cinnamon and toss it into the pan, yellow sparks will twinkle. Put about a tablespoon of this into each glass and fill with hot coffee. Top off with real whip cream and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top. Wrap the glasses with a cloth napkin and serve. Warn the guest that the rims are very hot.
This is a fantastic show and with practice you will be a show stopper. If you do happen to spill some of the flaming Kahlua on your hand just blow it out - it doesn't hurt. Many restaurants made this "their" house drink and I made killer tips with it. Good luck and enjoy the holidays.

Bacardi Peppermint Hot Chocolate
1 oz. Bacardi rum
1 pkg hot chocolate mix
6 oz. hot water
1 mini candy cane
whipped cream in a can (optional)
You can garnish the drink with the candy cane, or you can crush up candy canes into small pieces and sprinkle on whipped cream to top off the drink.
Ooooh, it's Sooooo Good!

One VERY simple thing you can do is serve coffee with Bailey's Irish Cream. Now, you have THREE flavors of Bailey's to choose from...the mint-flavored, the caramel, and the good old original. I love this stuff in coffee!
