To make small, individual pizzas I used canned biscuits....lightly flour and roll out, then use toppings of choice.... A second suggestion that is good.....large flour tortillas....they make really good, crispy crusts, and are pretty good for dumplins in chicken...happy cooking.

Actually Pillsbury biscuit dough or even crescent roll dough can be rolled out to make a pretty decent pizza dough.

Indian Naan bread is great. it makes an awesome thin crust pizza. It's the only crust I use now when making homemade pizza!

You can use either toasted English muffins or one of those Boboli pre-made crusts. Have used both and prefer the muffins.

buy a bag of pita pocket bread....they are round...they have them by the english muffins & bagels in the store...You just take them out of the bag...leave them whole...they are about the size of a personal size pizza....Just put on your tomatoe sauce (could use ragu or prego)...then make it however you like....the mozzeralla chees, black olives, pepperoni, bellpeppers, mushrooms,...whatever you like...then pop in the oven to bake...probably about 20 min. on 350 (or more) depending on your oven....good luck!
