no, i believe you are in your weight range. I am an inch shorter than you and weight 25 lbs more than you. Mine is mostly muscle and curves and i wear a size 8 loosely. So i really think it depends on your health, eating habits, exercise regimen, and overall well being. Only your doctor can know for sure, but please be careful. You can develop a negative self image which can subconsciously lead you to gaining weight or rapidly lose weight.
But do not worry, you naturally gain an lose 3-5 pounds a day. Try it, when you are at home for the day, weight your self several times before certain activities and you will soon learn what makes you lose and gain the most weight.

No. Don't forget, muscle mass weighs more than actual body fat.

You can be 5'3", 120 lbs and in excellent shape if you are into athletics.

if youre asking if you are overweight, no. Youre fine. But only you know if youre 'fat' or not. that word is all relative. My definition of fat and yours may be different, so take a good look in the mirror and ask YOURSELF if youre fat. Then work towards your goal. Next time you see a doc ask what percent of your weight is muscle and fat. Normal fat % for females is around 35.

Do you feel fat? Try standing next to a female, about your age, your height and weighs 220 LBS. I guarantee you, you will see yourself in a whole different way! Charlotte C

Losing some pounds would not hurt but you are in the healthy range. Anyway, I havent seen you and how your body shaped. Just make sure that you feel comfortable in your own skin. Toodle.

Look it up on a search engine like google. Type in BMI calculator. BMI stands for body mass index. This will tell you whether you are overweight, underweight, or normal for your age, gender, and height. God bless ya! :)

Actually, weight is not a determining factor of "fat" (according to Dr. Oz)- waist-size is. Your target waist size should be half of your height. Your waist size should ideally be around 28.5 inches.
