i just got out of 3yr relationship with a female. by the way im a lesbian. so now im tryin get back into the dating scene. it seems all that women want is someone with money. not someone whos tryin to make ends meet.

I don't know if its different for a lesbian than a straight man or woman, but healing a broken heart takes time. We've all been there and we all have different ways of coping with it. I guess if you're used to being the provider in a relationship, you will feel that women want someone with money. Any one worth their salt will be happy enough to work with you in a partnership. O my god how can alcahol help. O i get it, you will be so dizzy and crazzy that you will forget everything. After u get sober you feel the pain again. You loosing years out of your life while doing this.
People need to learn to let go. If you cry about something that hurt you for a long period of time: after you are done where have you come. What did you acomplish. NOTHING. If you want true peace and happyness then you need to relax, take a deep breath, and the right person will come along. IT MIGHT BE A GUY> HOPFULLY ITS A GUY

broken hearts don't just mend. they placate themselves and they find new diversions. if you really loved this woman, you probably will for a really long time, if not forever. that, unfortuneately, is a fact of life. over time, though, you will learn to love others and you'll look back at your time together with a different kind of love - really more of nostalgia. it's hard to meet someone with the same goals and non-superficial attitude as you seem to have, but just keep looking around. they're out there somewhere.

have a date with my 2 favorite men Ben and Jerry. Then go out and make only half of an effort for fining someone new. Mainly take care of yourself. This way you'll feel good about yourself and if someone like syou they'll like you for who you truly are not who you are when youre looking for someone. Eventually the right person will com around.
