I've already told her to go but she won't untill she has an idea of what's wrong. She's currently 3 mo pregnant. She has blistered lips and it's blistered all inside her mouth. From what she said, it started with a cold sore. I think that it may have gotten infected and spread, so I think she should go see a doctor. The pain from the blisters has kept her from eating, so it's not good for her or the baby. Any one know what's wrong?

She only started with this recently after her last doctor visit.

It sounds like your friend has a herpes infection which has spread inside of her mouth. She should eat and drink things which are comfortable such as pudding or warm tea. and ice cream. oatmeal and popsicles.
I doubt since she is 3 mo pregnant they will give her acyclovir IV which is the remedy.
She needs to go to the doctor just to get better and protect her baby.

I got diagnosed with herpes (type 2) about 4 years ago, when I was still attending college and had a stupid one-night stand. I understand loads of girls say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date men again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl who has sores around her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/1mAYj everything changed.
Not only was I able to eliminate all remnants of the hsv from my body in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just a week ago, in front of everybody in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This method provided the opportunity to be happy and experience true love again. Now I hope that I can help others by sharing this story.

Does she have blisters on her hands or feet?
It could be herpeangina or hand foot and mouth disease. http://edcp.org/factsheets/handfoot.html
She should call her OB and see if they want her to visit them or her regular practitioner. They can prescribe acyclovir for it to help alleviate the symptoms and decrease the amount of time the sores are present. She can also ask them to perscribe something to numb the sores.
In the meantime she can mix 1 tsp of benedryl liquid with 1 tsp of maalox and rinse her mouth with it. It will help the pain. If she gets the numbing agent, she can mix that in the wash too.
PS... it probably isn't herpes it's what is called a coxackie virus

If you need to ask the question, should I go to the doctor, the answer is always yes. That is how you find out what is wrong, not by waiting and seeing what happens. That can get you hospitalized or worse.
Your friend sounds like she has herpes. As she is pregnant, she needs to see a doctor immediately to make sure it is not something else more serious, and to make sure that she is getting adequate nutrition.

She probably has a virus or infection. Her prolonging to go to the doctor will only make her symptoms worst and medications stronger. That might hurt the baby. She should go now before its too late

I would definately tell your friend to have her doctor check it out. With pregnancy you can't be too sure. So, better be safe than sorry. I agree with you in that it sounds like some sort of an infection or possibly an allergic reaction to something.
