I've got a recipe for Neiman Marcus Brownies....No one will be able to match this! (The key is the cream cheese.)
Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix 1 stick melted Butter 3 eggs, divided 1/2 C. chopped nuts, optional 1 - 1 lb box powdered sugar 8 oz. cream cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 13 by 9 inch baking dish. Combine dry ingredients, butter and 1 egg. Add pecans if desired. Spread in greased pan. Beat powdered sugar, cream cheese and remaining 2 eggs together and spread on top of the cake. Bake for 50 minutes or until cake tests done.

Rich Cocoa Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Line 8-or 9-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Butter foil.
2. Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in heavy 4-quart saucepan; stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full rolling boil. Boil, without stirring, until mixture reaches 234°F on candy thermometer or until small amount of mixture dropped into very cold water, forms a soft ball which flattens when removed from water. (Bulb of candy thermometer should not rest on bottom of saucepan.)
3. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. DO NOT STIR. Cool at room temperature to 110°F (lukewarm). Beat with wooden spoon until fudge thickens and just begins to lose some of its gloss. Quickly spread into prepared pan; cool completely. Cut into squares. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature. About 36 pieces or 1-3/4 pounds.
You can add a little peanut butter to this to about 3 tb.

heres an easy one, & eaveryone likes it here, its called Candy bar pie, take a grahm cracker pie crust, bake as told. Then once cooled off, add chocalte pudding, let that cool off (if its been cooked on stove), then add whipped topping on top of that, you can use any type of candy bar you want. I normally use milk choclate Hershey nuggets with almonds & sliver it to sprinkle over the top of the pie, but this holdiay Im useing the Hersey coated candy mini's weer not bif on pepermint candy canes. (but you can use that too).
