LSU, UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS, TEXAS A&M, NORTE DAME! Most of the larger State universities have on line classes you can take as well as on line seminars in the field you work in, as well as on line continuing education classes. As far as on campus. They are all good.
But if you have been away from school and are a little rusty, you might want to consider auditing (monitoring) the classes first to knock some of the rust off. Auditing (monitoring) is going through the class (taking the class) but your grade is not recorded nor does it go on your record against your grade point average. Nor do you get any credits for the class.

Here is another hint. If you know you are weak in a subject and are afraid you might flunk a class. audit the class first then take the class for real i.e grade and credit.

I'm not really one to brag or anything, but I think Tech was a good college for me anyway.

what exactly do you expect to learn about customer service......customer service is simple. Treat people as you would like to be treated yourself, if they shout and swear, ignore them/hang up, otherwise be yourself/have a laugh, be as helpful as you can be in your job, have a laugh with customers, they ain't all bast****.

Having a laugh with punters makes them feel at ease...............oh **** that seems like training....................
