It's not about WHEN you eat but WHAT you eat...because a calorie is a calorie either you eat it at 4 am or 12pm :)
That's what i have always been told by my doc

The answer is yes.
When you sleep, your metabolism slows down and you don't burn those calories you just consumed, making it that much easier for the foods you ate to be turned into FAT on your body!
There's a new diet plan out there that can show you what to eat, WHEN to eat, how much to eat, and how to keep weight off for the rest of your life!
It's called The Logic Diet.

Yes, it is bad, even if you eat healthy or low-calorie foods. When you go to sleep after eating, your body will take all those calories you just ate and turn them into fat. What else is it going to do with them? You can't use them while you're sleeping.

Most diet experts say not to eat anyting within 2 hours before bedtime.

It makes it harder to go to sleep. At least, it's supposed to.
Since I moved to a dorm, and can't get food after eight, I go to sleep much easier than I did when I could eat round the clock, and on nights I make popcorn, it's harder to sleep. You don't really need food that late, because what are you going to do? Lie perfectly still for eight hours. Breakfast is when you need food.

I dont think so.If you eat really fattening foods than its probably bad.But I go to work full time and dont have time to eat so I eat at night.Try to eat before 8 o clock. Its better that way.And eat foods that are less dense.Dont eat heavy dense food at night. Its not good to do that before going to bed.

Yes, slightly.

Sleep is when our body does the bulk of its repair and it's better to not have others tasks at the same time.
