I mean I see so many memorial signs that say "don't steal flowers". Do people have no conscience or no soul?
And what do they do with the flowers? Take them home or put it on a friend's grave?

P.S. I couldn't as I feel this would haunt my conscience.

But Why? For What reason, and what do they do with them?

Around where I live, its more sculptures and vases that are stolen than the flowers themselves. A marble sculpture of an angel is extremely expensive and some people have no hesitation about stealing it. Then again, sometimes bored teenagers steal flowers.

Yes. People really steal flowers off of graves. That's obviously why the signs are there. This world is full of horrible people, child molesters, rapists, murderers, hateful, despicable people. Is it really that shocking that someone would take flowers off a strangers grave site? I don't think so. It's not surprising at all.

i hope that doesnt happen because thinking about it too there could be this one person who like this other person flowers and steal them to put it in someone elses grave. but there is a guard around some of the areas. and many people are there.
it would also haunt my conscience too

I can't say I've ever stolen flowers, but in one graveyard where my friend is burried, they have a pile of flowers that have been blown off the gravesite and don't know where they were originally so they just put them there. I'll usually take them and spread them onto some lonely looking graves when i'm leaving...
it's quite sick if there are people doing that though...

Stop putting flowers at grave sites. When they are alive, do you give them flowers so diligently? They are dead now, they don't know how to appreciate flowers. Give flowers to your loved ones when they are alive, not when they are dead. Do what the Jews do, put stones on the gravesite; they last longer and people won't steal them.

Saddly it does happen. I think it is discusting too. My father remarried and his second wife always tried to make us into his ex family. I could never get him to see it but it was there in her remarks all the time. After he died. When I put flowers on his grave, if I did it before they did and came back after they had been there my flowers would be gone. The cemetary directors could do nothing. My step mother denied it but I know they did it.
Now I just time my flowers so they are there in addition to theirs.
I am grateful they at least put flowers on his grave.
It is sad. ((it usted to bother me but I just had to let it go))
I could not live with myself if I took flowers from someone else to put on my relatives graves, thats just wrong.

Never heard of that...very sad! I guess some people just don't care and are too cheap to buy their own! They have no conscience if they can just do this and not feel horribly about it and stop or not care. Everyone makes mistakes...someone that is really young may not understand about death and losing someone. But otherwise, they just have no heart.

My brother and I stole flowers when we were young 12 & 11, we gave them to our mom it took her a few hours then she asked where we got them and we said they were laying in the grave yard. She screamed and made us go put them back.I don't think we really saw how rude it was I remember him saying whats the big deal their dead anyway they wont miss them.

My cousin bought a beautiful wreath that was shaped like a fish for her dad's grave and someone stole it. I guess they must take them and put them on another grave. I'm with you my conscience would kill me.
