How can i keep my 10 week old puppy out of the tree and the water..NO is not working

At 10 weeks it will be a bit challenging, but yelling won't help, which is often easy to do. Treats is a good way and you need to be consistent. When he/she approaches the tree, walk up and direct the puppy away with a slight calm push with your hand and calmly say "no" then give the puppy a treat.
If you yell NO the puppy will only think the yelling means no.
