Whats wrong with being truthful and direct if you dont want to be with someone just kindly say no. Our NO THANKYOU
I use to wear a fake engagement ring this did not help seems as though men are attracted to married women they feel they can have sex with no strings attached.
I also would tell people I was already invovled sometimes that worked but then again men like women who are already invovled.
I say it again THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE always!

Be direct!
They will respect you more, and you won't feel bad by doing a lot of the things that people suggest, like turning your back on them. That's just stupid!

Direct if you mean by being honest and saying I don't like you? Well, I think that would be the best way to do it. Just tell them you don't like them like that and you want to be friends.

Be direct...but tell them why in a quiet place. They'll appreciate the honesty and it'll give them something real to work on. Who knows, they may end up alright if they know what the problem is.

say u aren't looking for a relationship. its the closest u can get. sometimes if u are too "undirect" the guy could think that u just cant go out with him that particular one time. trust me, they will keep asking and asking u have to make it clear that its a "no"

be direct. if you hint around or try to be subtle, they stick around like a booger on your finger you can't flick. just straight too the point. if he is a man, he will take it and move on.
