I'm a muslim and I'm proud to say I am. And no, I don't plan on going to hell and no one is gonna make me. I'm a Shia Muslim. I don't know if Sunni muslims or any other religion believes in this too, but we believe that all the religions out there that have 1 or more god are bascially the same ideas only expressed differently. So NO

It depends on your interpretation of things.

Some people believe that any baby that dies without being baptized first is damned. I don't believe that. I think those kind of beliefs are why there were so many "holy", or should I say unholy, wars of warriors who tried to convert people by force to "save their souls".

I think the people who kill or oppress others because of their religion won't get into heaven, whichever religion they are.

I understand why you'd ask that question, I've asked it a few times.

Many religions seem to think you need to be in that religion to go to heaven.

If you don't, why bother wasting all that time going to church/ mosque/ synagogue/ temple and why follow all those other strict rules?

First of all what is the definition of God. 1) He was neither born nor does he has children/child 2) He neither sleeps nor rest or get tired or requires food to or air to survive 3) He was since time immemorail
4)There is nothing you comparable to him 5) He is the sustainer of this universe.
We muslim have no objction in accepting Jesus(PBUH) as son of God/or God, if he fits the above 5 lines definition.
Hope answered the question.

It seems that Muslims are going to Hell for several reasons, one of which is that they don't believe that they need to ask Jesus to forgive their sins (they believe that it is impossible for one person to pay for the sins of another). Muslims deny the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus, which seems to be required for salvation (Romans 10:5-13). Muslims also deny that Jesus is God, which also seems to be required for salvation according to Paul. And Muslims believe that they can get to heaven by simply doing good works, which also seems to be wrong, according to the New Testament.

Sorry if this offends anyone, but it seems that incorrect beliefs about Jesus will keep Muslins out of heaven.

We Muslims love Jesus and say (peace be upon him) whenever we utter the name of this great prophet.

He repeatedly said " Obey me and worship God". And we think we are the true belivers of his teachings. As he never claimed him to be a god or son of a god. Because God is eternal who neither begets not begotten. Because begetting is a animal act and it is something done by lower functions of sex.

And Quran condemns the idea that God begot a son.
And a person is considered to go to hell if someone says G-d begot a son.

major religions say only persons who commit sins go to hell. not believing that Jesus was son of god is not a sin. if one does all good deeds and did not do harm either physically or mentally create heaven on this earth and a person who does harm to others creates hell on this earth.

Demons believe Jesus was a prophet, are they following demons?
If their sources are that of one man, Muhammed who was also a prophet, who wrote the Koran, then they follow one man's book which is so simple can be memorised.
The Bible is holy spirit inspired, written by many authors that still don't contradict each other.

Hmmmm Are they trying to get to heaven by way of Jesus???
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: NO MAN cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Are they born again???
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Do they believe that Jesus is the Messiah??
John 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

Yes they will go to hell! The only way to heaven is to accept Jesus has your personal savior and believed he died on the cross for your sins.

No they won't. You don't need to believe in Jesus as the son of God to be admitted to Heaven.
