Is there anyway to legally ship sealed Jim Beam collector decanters?

Most collectors want to buy the decanters sealed.

I believe this depends on the sate. I used to order chocolates with brandy inside, and they could only ship to certain states.

No, send them back to the Liquor Store with a photo of a Bottle of Jim Beam and have them hand the photo to the Liquor Store Clerk. Tell them you must do this because they are too stupid to know the difference between beer and Straight Bourbon Whiskey and Beer
