It is not turning over I don't think it is the starter because it usually cranks fine. Help!!!

I do know i need a ahrmonic balancer though.

the balancer is just to keep the engine balance.if it does not turn over,check for bad battery,cable connection,and ignition switch.these are the most common problem

Not just the harmonic balancer. If the harmonic balancer has the crank sensor located in/on it, then damage to that would cause the engine to fail.

It is possible that the ignition timing has been altered if the harmonic balancer is damaged and that could cause the engine not to start

no,but can cause a vibration if the outter part slips.is it turning over?if so could be a fuel pump problem,ignition system or computer.

you state it is not turning over. its your battery,bat.connections,or starter. first try jumping it for another car.if it starts, bad battery. if not,bad battery
