I think that is true. I know at first I had a lot of trouble. I would fumble around trying to unhook it while we were kissing and close and of course she knew I was having a hard time so eventually ( which seems like forever in a moment like that ) she removed the bra herself.
I've since conquered this ailment and can now remove any bra with one hand safely and quickly. I'm thinking of coming out with my own instructional video, haha!

I can unhook most bras with one hand, in the dark, facing upside down, and on more than occasion, through the fabric of her shirt/dress.
Front-hook bras aren't as standardized; my wife used to have one (in our dating days) that she called "The Baffler," because it apparently had foiled several attempts before I was fortunate enough to be introduced to it. Took me three seconds, but I've always had a knack for machinery.
But virtually all rear-closure bras use the same hook-and-loop method, with one or more hooks (nearly always on the right-hand strap) and a matching number of loops (on the left). You slide the right-hand strap toward the left to relieve the tension, then slip the hook up and out of the loop. If you've got a good grip, you can do this simply by "pinching" the two straps toward each other with your right hand, then using your thumb to press the left-hand strap (with loop) in towards her spine while using your fingers to pull the right-hand strap (with hook) away. Repeat as required.
And as proof that we HAVE in fact been married a long time... the first thing I always do when I unhook her bra is scratch her back. Oh, sure, the stuff in front is still as much fun as ever, but scratching her back puts her in SUCH a good mood!

"Wisdom" said it. The key is making the woman want to do it herself. I found that guys, with or without experience, can do it. It doesn't really matter. All you have to do is look at a bra snap and know how to work it. It's not that difficult. 80%? I think that's just too far fetched....

I find that to be untrue. Only a few cannot. I find that 80% of men though, have no idea what they are doing in the bedroom...

It depends. My boyfriend hasn't had much experience but he has no problem with mine :) It's all in the confidence I think. And knowing how bras work probably helps!

Not enough practice and most men normally don't wear them. 80% cannot be right!
