You shouldn't be teaching your little sister to insult people! fair enough she's being bullied and needs to fend for herself. but being a jerk like the other person isn't the right way about it!

What a rediculous question. Why would anyone want to insult someone just for being tall? Don't you think it's hard enough for that person? Unless there's more to this, you come across as part of the problem, not part of the solution. Great way to raise your sister, not to mention the tall person.

Not that I advocate insulting anyone, but if you're going to do it in DRAMA CLASS, then there is no better source than the Bard himself. Shakespearian insults are always the best.
Here's a site that will help you create your own:

I wouldn't recommend insulting ANYONE, especially about something that is beyond thier control, like race or height. Not only is it rude, it is likely to bring about more conflict and possibly disciplinary action, depending on the setting for the class. It's best to advise your sister to resolve the conflict, rather than compound it.

If your sister is being bullied, insulting the person back is not the appropriate way to deal with it. She should either forget about it, or report it to the teacher.

Why does she need to insult someone? That only brings her down a level or two. If she is upset with that person, she should just ignore him/her, that is the best revenge.

Why are you teaching her to be petty and mean, instead of giving her the confidence and class to simply ignore the tall person?

I wouldn't encourage/teach your little sister to do anything of the sort. you want her to get beat up? or grow up to be a bigot and a bully?

really i need more information. but she should find his major weakness and play off that.
my personal favorite is in a sweet tone to ask the bully "are you ever happy, honestly i worry about you." it makes them felll like **** becuase your being so sweet and yet is insulting too....works time and time again.
