It would help to know how old you all are, but I would keep it simple. Find a nice reasturant with a view. Call ahead and make sure you get a good table. If you want to go to something special, try a play. That is a different experience and gives her a sense that you are a person who appreciates the arts. Above all, listen to her. Show an interest in what she likes. And be as relaxed and natural as you can to put her at ease. Have fun. Good luck.

you're gonna need to eat, need entertainment, quiet time to talk and set a good sense of security. so i would say dinner & a movie, then a long walk somewhere really nice.
