I don't like it when people use the term religious. Because religious is more tied into tradition and paganism than actual spirituality. Ok now I can comment on your question. I don't think the universe is that big but it does continue to expand, every get rid of static on your radio? No. Also it's not that the universe is that big to harbor more life, it's just that we're so small that we think there has to be life in other galaxies. I do believe that life exists outside of Earth. And that's a spiritual one that Inclused God, Christ, His disciples, Angels, prophets and all that is worthy. And I also believe that we will one day be invaded by Christ himself who will put an end to all wars and all suffering.

because the late, large Carl Sagan reported: If we are the basically existence interior the universe, it confident is an poor waste of area. i trust the non secular good would have a difficult time accepting it because it may critically question the origins of their beliefs. As for searching it, if we are residing on as a species lengthy sufficient (the vote continues to be out on that one) and assuming different races exist and characteristic survived their teens, we (and they) would strengthen sufficient to communicate. the important difficulty with contacting yet another race would nicely be that their concept procedures are so diverse from our personal that we'd under no circumstances understand one yet another. Even the easy concept of a quantity equipment ought to influence it. we've ten palms, what in the experience that they'd 14 and used base 14 numbers at the same time as we use base 10. we may parent it out finally besides the indisputable fact that it may be difficult before everything.

Doesn't matter if they do or don't, we are already here. Over the centuries, your planet was a curious place to visit once or twice and was not considered very interesting . Sure, your wars showed us how undeveloped you are as a species. Your infantile,(in cosmic terms) dependence on god concepts does not bode well for you and neither does your penchant to breed beyond your planet's ability to sustain you. We are now showing an interest in you because it is not often that we get to observe a species commit suicide. You are so close to maturing as a sentient species and it will be a shame to see you kill yourselves. There are just not enough of you becoming rational enough to force the issue. You let the least among you determine your fate, so be it.

As far as I know the bible only mentions earth and heaven and that God created everything. So Christians have to contemplate as well as the rest of the world about whether there is life on other planets.

Chariots of fire=translation UFOs-and they are mentioned in the bible more than once -just depends on how you interpret the writings-but the universe is huge and if we were the only ones here "it would be an awful waste of space" don't cha think?

Yes. I believe in Jinn. The jinn was created from smokeless fire. They are hidden from sight. No one knows what they look like in their original shape and appearnce. They have different abilites. One kind can shapeshift, another Can travel really fast, the other can fly. They live just like us. Eat, sleep etc. Some are muslims, some christians, jews etc. No they dont come out of a lamp and they are not like genies.

Of course there are other people on other planets. My religion teaches that the gods created many worlds and they have life in abundance. I do not think your Bible teaches otherwise. Peace on Earth to all. :)

I do. As you've said, the Universe is huge. It just seems like a waste of space if there weren't.

I asked the pastor of my Grandma's church the same thing and he said that he believes there is life on other planets, but nothing related to "God" as we earthlings are. He didn't reference anything in the Bible to support (or deny) his theory.
