This has been asked many times before. Here's one answer I gave to a similar question (excluding physical characteristics):
I LOVE girls who are kind and optimistic. That sounds broad, but it's meant to be that way. Kindness covers a lot of stuff. Oh yeah, when a girl likes me very much and appreciates me, and wants to make me happy, that's an extremely powerful turn on. Any decent looking girl with all those characteristics could definitely get along with me. And of course, I would do the same for her. Have a nice day!

When I meet a girl, and I'm thinking about asking her out, the first thing I notice (and call me shallow all you want) is how attracted I am to her. As far as physical attraction, the things that get me are large, bright eyes (like light blue or green), smooth, soft hair and skin and body type. Breast size isn't that important, neither is butt, as long as they look good on the girl in question (ie: A gymnasts body with a D-Cup looks unproportioned and is a turn off for me)
The next thing I look for is some kind of a click. If she's got a good sense of humor, that's a big thing, as it'll help the conversation go more smoothly if I can tap into that. Also, intelligence. I like a girl that can challenge me and keep me interested in what she's saying, so intelligence is key. I like a girl that's not too outspoken, but isn't particularily shy either. In other words, I don't like a girl that picks apart everybody in the place about every little thing whether it concerns her or not, but I do like a girl that speaks her mind when it comes to thinks immediately involving her, with some tact of course. She should be adventurous and have done things that I would like to do or that I've never heard of, again a thing that helps keep me interested, and also makes it easier to come up with ideas for a first date.
The last thing, and this is a huge aphrodisiac for all guys, is if the girl shows that she is interested in me. She doesn't have to throw herself at me or come straight out and say it, but she has to be a bit more obvious than most girls are willing to be. If we're dancing, cuddling up a bit closer, if we're sitting at a table, taking my hand or cuddling up next to me, stuff like that. It takes a lot of pressure off of us guys, and makes it easier for us to take it to the next level by asking her out or getting her phone number etc.

guys looks for a girl whos honest and girls who have similar interests as them such as sports. I know I would be happy if a girl I date ever was interested in football because football's the bomb. go colts! guys also look for someone who is caring and will give nice compliments to them because a guy loves compliments from a girl. they also look for someone who they can flirt with.

Tons of guys liked me, all I had to do was flirt a little. Besides that, I was just being my normal goth self. But then again, maybe all the guys I know are just stupid.

most guys look for a body.....sad but true. im friends with all guys so ya...i kinda know. guys are sometimes selfish but when it comes right down to it they have a good heart. honestly and personality are what my friends look for and long hair....they're just wierd. lol.

depends on the guy. usually they go for the looks like *ss and t*ts but some look for the personality..like honesty and some like smile and good hair...lol.

Someone true, loving, caring, sweet, compassionate, honest, trustworthy. and although all that should count is whats on the inside, apperance counts. but everyone is a little different in that aspect

We know that sometimes you have to turn on the "female dog" mode, but don't have him coming home to that every single day......... that just drags a man's spirits down.
