A boy I like now wants to be in my heavy metal band right. Ok. So I was begining to think that his Dad wouldnt let him because we had kissed 7 years ago. WE WERE ONLY BABIES 4 FRICKEN YEARS. You would think he would let it go but here at the ages of 11+12 he wont let it go. He said and I quote. "It happened once it can happen again". But I am not like that not slutty at all. All my focus is on is my music, and he is a talented drummer so I need him. What can I do to change the mind of his Father?

Tell the father what you wrote here "he is a talented drummer so i need him" And you can make a deal about not to get a relationship except for being friends. Try to convince him giving a chance you with your band and if you trust your word , cross your heart and say the important thing is the music..

Explain to his father why you need him in your band. Give him legitament reasons for why you need him. Show him that you are not only asking about this for the fact that he can kiss but for the fact that he can drum.
