Fruit shakes with protein, whey and fiber added to them...and of course ice. It's actually pretty good. Just blend well, it can get a bit grainy. Best of luck!

i dont fully understand what you're saying. is it that you can only eat veggies and fruit? or you want suggestions for a snack of just veggies and fruits?

peanut butter, potatoes, bananas, enourmous amounts of salad yeah thats why i can't eat just fruits and veggies they never fill me up.

try soups and high fiber veggies like yams to stay fuller longer and keep drinking that water. :)

you could eat a ton of celery becuase each stalk is about a calorie.
