that is so stupid for people to say that everybody with a tattoo in the middle of their lower back is a tramp. honestly there are many more tramps without tattoos. do what you want to do. i am working on a tattoo that covers my whole back and i really don't care what people think about it. DO think long and hard about a wrist tattoo. i have wanted one for a while but it is a big commitment and will continue thinking about it for a while. arms are a huge commitment and not always easy to cover up. think about it long and hard. good luck. and please don't get a tribal tattoo or flash. go to a custom tattoo artist and i promise you will be happier with your tattoos. if you wanna check out mine go to:

Honestly; they are no longer that unhealthy except they are trashy (a tattoo anyplace may also be trashy; is determined by the individual's character). I have 5 tattoos, I could bear in mind a tramp stamp so long as it went with my long run again piece. I simply would not get a foolish tribal or butterfly or some thing. :)

OK First of can we quit calling it a "Tramp Stamp" .I have a tattoo on my lower back (and I''m not a tramp) and I like it I also have a shooting natucial star on each wrist/forarm. Its not really a problem for me for interviewing ( I work at a nice professional place) When I go to an interview I just wear tops with long sleeves. and if you really need to you can cover it up with make up (tho its not easy to do and don't always cover well) but its really a person preference really

I have what some would call a "tramp stamp". Its actually 2 separate tattoos that are both very meaningful to me. Tattoos on the lower back are hot... dont let that term discourage you from getting one. Just whatever you get, make sure it is something you can live with for the rest of your life.

I think you should get a tattoo wherever you want to!!! But you keep calling it a tramp stamp, then you are just labelling yourself. Please don't do that.
Do you know where the saying 'tramp stamp' came from? In Greece, prostitutes are required to have a tattoo on their lower backs, to let others know what they are.

I hate that name tramp stamp... Its your body. If you want to put one there then do it. I have one and it is very meaningful to me and i dont regret it at all. And I am far from being a tramp

its your own personal choice where you get your tattoo but i think the name tramp stamp is wrong just make sure its something meaningful to you that represent something about you or that's special in your life and don't listen to the crap about what will you do when you 50 or have baby's and get stretch marks the things we do in our lives makes us part of who we are if you worried about everything that may happen no one would ever do anything.

Well my aunt is a nurse and told me that when you have a baby if you have a tramp stamp they can't do an epidural. That's just something to think about. But to not do something you want because some people you DON'T know MIGHT think its trampy. Do what you want
