I'm five foot 5.5 and i weight 120 lbs, and i want to lose 10 lbs asap. I have 32, 26, 33 measurements, how can i lost 1 inch on all 3? ASAP and don't tell me i can't!

IF you are 5.5 and 120 lbs you do not need to lose weight, how do you not blow away in the wind already.

By normal standards you are underweight for your height.

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing. There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect. The best thing to lose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports. Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

My former girl friend was 5.2" and she weight 110. She was pretty thin. (She was not top heavy at all either.)

If you are 5.5' and you need to lose 110 pounds, I'm bit concerned. How old are you?

You can always lose weight but is it healthy? Thats the question. will it make you look better?

In your case, I suspect, losing weight may have detriment on your looks.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and water retention. I lost 20 pounds in less then two months by doing this:

1. Having 1-2 cups of coffee for breakfast (with cream/sugar)
2. Eating a small snack for Lunch
3. Eating a nice size dinner

as an adult/MD i should warn you your weight is FINE ..20 BMI is perfect. but hey its a free country here is the recipe


you can do it depends how much you wanna sacrifice ...quickest and surest way ...

stop all sugers ,processed bread and carbs

replace meals with fruits ,nuts and vegteble ...bascially eat as much as you can ..stuff your self with the greens

you should do squats ...hold weights in bith hands and take a step foward and lunge...

stop all soft drinks

run at least about 20 minutes

have a lot of sex

drink a lot of fluids ..

watch a lot of FTV and the skinnny models

get a scale and put it in the bathroom

never miss a meal ...

Sure you can lose weight, safely, by cutting out fatty foods, drinking 8 glasses of water each day and increasing physical activity.
