Yeah sorry to tell you this, but your really can't change someones opinion on your physically apperance. Although the good news is that women aren't always into physical apperance and you might stand a chance or you could get stuck in the friends zone. You can role the dice and see what happens. But if she says she can only see you as a friend you need to move on.

That's one of the craziest things I've ever heard. Not all "mixed" people are good looking. Are you sure she doesn't like you because of your looks? Or is it something else?

If someone isn't physically attracted to you there isn't much you can do, especailly if you're young. When you get older there are ways to make up for it, like having a great job, or being charming, and intelligent.
When you're a teenager, you're screwed, because everything is about image and labels and looks.
Find someone not as shallow.
