well recently al qaeda ( i do not know the correct spelling ) showed some videos at the internet with some of their members preparing a bomb which was finally used to destroy an American armored vehicle . apparently al qaeda is becoming stronger thanks to the drug trafic of opium which is going on in alarming numbers . so i was wondering :
who is responsible for this ???
who is buying those drugs and making al qaeda powerfull ???

the reason of why this is on the immigration seccion is because of the violence which Mexicans had fallen into because of a beutyful country which with al its beauty yet which provides more money than anyone could think of to drug cartels which are provided with weapons and money form this country and are preventing Mex from real economic grow .... to solve big problems is never easy but aren't those drug adicts the main responsible of many immigrating to the USA ???

i not blaming anyone in particular but nobody can't deny the fund is the major reason of thri power . i do not hink they are getting this money from USA i thinkit is coming from EU but i am an ignorant wether or not it is true , thank for all answers .

The figures aren't exact, but last DEA report I read said something on the order of 75% of world heroin imports came from Afghani operations. The Taliban eradicated ~98% of poppy crops, then the US invaded and it resurged and grew even larger than before the Taliban. You want to place blame on someone? Go look up Iran-Contra. Google "Mena cocaine Clinton". CIA runs heroin and cocaine into the US for off-the-books funding. A drugged populace is easier to control, anyways..

Are you trying to blame America for the violence? Since Al-Queda is the one that is bombing everyone, I'd have to say that they are the ones who are responsible.
Even if Al-Queda is funded by drug money, that doesn't mean they have to use it for terrorism. If their potential drug money was cut off in America, they could just get it from another country, or another source, legitimate or not. Ultimately they are responsible for the violence that they cause, not their funders.

The people of Mexico are going to have to re-assert ownership of their own country, it's that simple. Also, we should have more anti-drug initiatives in america. Congress needs to get drug-tested, too...maybe we need Pfizer to make something, call it 'Steada', or borrow from Aldous Huxley, and call it 'Soma', basically 'happy pills' to help you get unhooked off of whatever it was you were taking before. They used to sell Laudanum at the pharmacy, which was a legal concoction of alcohol and opium,
good for what ailed you or at least for whatever pain you were experiencing...maybe Laudanum needs to go back on sale...
sell Laudanum openly to those who want it, and watch the rest of the drug business go away...

Thats a tough one, we could blame the American drug dealers and kids buying drugs, but its more complicated than that, we could blame Bush for sending them. we could blame the military for going, and volunteering, but in all reality, al queda made the decision to do it...right?
