This happened two days ago and nothing has happened. No traces of blood and only the fear that it might of happened?

Call a doctor to get it removed before it gets down to your digestive system and does some damage.

You need to visit the ER. It could easily cause internal bleeding in your upper GI tract. in your intestines, it could cause your intestine to perforate (very very dangerous) and could lead to massive infections. It needs to be removed as soon as possible if it does exist.

You could cut your bowels and set up infection and die.I know this sounds harsh but it could lead to just that.Call your local ER and see what they have to say
