Santa Claus isn't Mexican. Man they don't even know the dude down there. Their kids get their gifts from the 3 kings, or some other dude.
Santa Claus is from the North Pole. That up in Canada, dude. And we have a very liberal border policy with our friends up in Canada. They don't even want to be Americans, they're just visiting to get out of the cold!

Santa Claus isn't real, he's a design thought up by Coca-Cola, I think it is, 'christmas' is when you give Wal-Mart a lot of money for crap made in China...if you really want to celebrate the holidays, then spend it with family. That's the REAL gift...

Regardless of where he is from, Santa Claus is not an illegal because he doesn't stay, he doesn't impose on our welfare system, and he doesn't use illegally procured documents to get a job.
