i have like this guy for ever,our families are best friend i mean ive known him since i was two and he was my forst kiss and evertime we hang out i get the feeling he like me but i always too afraid to act on it , what should i do

If you've shared your first kiss with him, then he probably already knows you like him... Kisses kind of hint at that... But yeah, let him know. It's the best thing you can do, so that you don't have to live knowing that you never told him how you truly felt about him.

Sounds like you really know him a lot so you can skip getting to know him. Instead, ask how he would feel if you two were girlfriend and boyfriend. And then just ask him out.
