Sprachkundiger:
a noun, meaning: somebody who has some knowledge of a language.
(the language: die Sprache. kundig: knowing, like specialist)
Sprachkundige is either noun for a woman or plural

Sprachkundig, adjective

Sprachenkundige the same thing, here Sprachen (languages) is in the plural. Certainly not wrong but maybe less common.
Sprachenkundig again: adjective

polyglot: Greek, meaning several (many) languages
a polyglot person is somebody who speaks different languages
in German: mehrsprachig (adjective)
eine mehrsprachige Person (as a noun with an adjective)

- Sprachenkundige, der Sprachenkundige, a person who is familiair with languages, knows a about languages. A specialist.

- sprachenkundig, being familiair with languages, knowing about languages.

- Sprachkundige and sprachkundig do not seem right to me, sprachfehig is being able to speak, and sprachfertig is outspoken or well spoken. All these have about the same meaning.

- Polyglot is best translated as: der Polyglotte (m), it's a common word for a person who knows many languages.

the meaning has already been explained. the words "Sprachenkundige" and "Sprachenkundig" are not used in german. The words "Sprachkundiger"(it is the male form) and "sprachkundig"(no capital S!) are sometimes used, but I wouldn't call them "commonly used". I think instead of "Er ist ein Sprachkundiger" (he is a "language-knowing person") we'd say "Er spricht Englisch"(He speaks English)...

polyglot would be mehrsprachig (adjective) or Bilingual/Multilingual(noun)
