If the babies grow up, they have an average chance of going to Heaven. How does Person Z ensure maximum goodness in this situation (according to the Bible rules, anyway)?

There is no hell. Man made up the words sin, hell and satan. You are free to live your life in fear of an imaginary place but I refuse.

Children will reach a certain age when they are held accountable, so therefore when that age comes, then that is when they will either go to Heaven or Hell. But the Bible does speak about children entering the kingdom of Heaven....so small children who do not understand the gospel, or can really grasp it are not held accountable yet. Does that make sense? That is why babies who are baptized in Catholocism, is not relevent- they are too small to know about regeneration through Jesus Christ....baptism should only be when a child understands the gospel and knows WHY they are being baptized. After they believe and put their faith in Jesus.
Matthew 19:14
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."

why 26 people? lol... anyway, babies who die go to hell. they have not yet "accepted jesus as their saviour," or whatever... so yah... persons A to Y are in hell. person Z might go to heaven, if he's chosen the right religion... one can only hope.
