With water and no food, you could go a month or so if you are healthy to begin with.
Without either, it would only last for 3-5 days tops.

Between 5 and 11 days depending on their level of activity. Dont believe some of the rubbish some of the other answerers have written about the time without food. There are many recorded cases of two or more months without food, especially overweight people.

Depends on health of person. Also wieght makes a big difference the heavier the person the longer they can live without eating. For not drinking three days to a max of seven days. Not eating probably for a thin person two weeks, but an overwieght could go months w/o eating

Without water?? 3-4 days...
without food...depends on the individual. I fasted once for 180 days. I'm a big guy, though.
