Satanism teaches that people should accept and live according to their true nature. In a general sense, this means that humans should live as the rational yet carnal animals that they are. Satanism embraces indulgence, egoism, secularism, and other aspects of libertarianism and humanism which the major religions and dominant cultures consider to be sinful. For gay people to deny their true sexual desires or to engage in heterosexual sex in an attempt to fool themselves or others would be to engage in self-deceit and herd conformity, which from the Satanist viewpoint are sins.

This is a complicated answer. Anton LaVey multiple times stated that it was never acceptable for any but a Woman to serve as the Altar. However, some of the modern leadership acknowledges the natural state of homosexuality and of the distinction of the passive role and aggressive role, and thus that the Altar may be male or female, it is the passive/receptive nature that is important, and that the priest take the active/giving role.
Ultimately, none of the texts expressly consider this situation and it is very much left to the grotto.
