i dont need lectures about anything..i do have my stuff together..im in school from 9 to 2 then i work every weekday from 4 to 9..and on weekends i spend them with my daughter..she just turned 2 on December 15th..and im turning 16 on January 18th so im a sophomore..

but anyways i was wondering if theres alternative ways to get child support?
the courts have been taking almost a year and a half to get everything settled and i just do not wanna wait no more..

theyre making it harder for me cause my baby dad keeps trying to talk me outta it and when i dont he starts yelling at me and spreading rumors bout me and i just dont need that.

thanks everyone!!

If you recieve state assistance, they do it for you, but be warned that it's easy for losers to hide.
There are some for profit companies out there that will get a support order. Remember just because there is an order, doesn't mean you get any money.
Oh, and the courts will take just as long as they please. My ex owes for the last 4 years and they just now got a bench warrant against him. That won't do any good for a bum, unless he gets into some other kind of trouble.

What you are doing sound like a responsible peson GOOD FOR U !!! As for child suport if he is not working or getting money with out using his SS# it will be harder but, there is Child care service, food stamps, medicaid and WIC.. That can help you a little bit to support your baby and there is nothing wrong to apply for this things that way if there is a little extre $$$ try to save it .. Finish your school and get a carrier so you can provide your daugther a better future and hopefully later on you can find a good man that will support you and will love your daugther !!! As for that son of a B***** you don't need him for nothing not even as the father of that baby he doesn't deserve you or your daugther ... Just keep trying to get the child support sometimes is harder but prove him that you DON"T need him sooner or later he will pay either in jail or judge will make him pay past childsupport in the mean while pretend is like a savings and you will see that he will gave to provide and help you with $$$ to support her daugther ... just make sure you get in order all the papaer work nedded like a signed paper by a judge for vivsitation and all that !!! GOOD LUCK !!! BEST WISHES and keep trying MERRY X MAS TOO !!!

Don't let anyone put you down for having your daughter so young. At least your taking care of her. I got preg with my first one when I was a senior in highschool. Its hard and may not have been my best choice
i made at the time she was concieved but I love her more than life it self. Just keep pushing to get the child support don't let your daughters father bully you. End the conversation if he brings it up. Keep your communications and conversations short and only about your daughter and vistation (I don't know if he see's her but basically "When are you gonna be here to see her.....) Good luck, and stay strong!!!

No discern of their precise freaking strategies would enable a 15 3 hundred and sixty 5 days old to be out till a million:30 in the freaking morning. you does no longer see the sunshine of day till at last next summer season in case you have been my rattling youngster. some day, you will understand, once you have young ones of your guy or woman. till you finally end up lifeless out working around at 2:00 a.m. at 15....

It's funny now, but when I was in high school all I wanted was a baby. THANK GOD I DIDN'T. Now that i'm older and married with 2 kids I understand how hard it is. It must be really really hard for you, school, work and a baby. I don't know you but I'm feelling proud of you that your doing this for your daughter. She's lucky to have such a great mom. Best of luck with this long journey!

It sad that the court is making it so hard for you but you have to stick with it. He still a child if he feels like he needs to spread rumors because he cant get his way.It is a process so just stick to and keep your head and remember it is for the child

its a tough fight but keep at it. Even if he doesn't start paying now he will still be on the hook for back child support if it goes thru!
