There is one available from the preschool catalog, Lakeshore. It is called the Lakeshore Learn to Dress Book, cost: $29.95. Here is the link: http://www.lakeshorelearning.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=1&Catalog_Id=1&Product_Id=8396&RememberCatalogId=1&Status_Code=ACTV&uniq=2006yr%3A12mth%3A20day%3A16hr%3A31min%3A29s%3A797ms%3A+
We use this at the center I work at, and it has all the manipulative things you need to teach dressing skills.
