My wife has made house calls on occasion and at times the patients have come to our home. We live in a rural area.
May I suggest that you contact your local medical society or call some clinics in your area.

Community and Public Health Nurses frequently do home visits and can make referrals to other health professionals if and when they see necessary. But contact your local healthcare provider or yellow pages to find out any info you may need!
