I want to know if this guy likes me but I can't figure it out. We only see each other a few times a week (we work together). He stares at me and smiles. And he comes over to my desk and talks to me. I don't know if he just wants a friend or just likes talking to me because we are both originally from the same area of the state (unlike the other people we work with). But we talk about a lot of different things. He doesn't seem to be real flirtatious with me which is why I am confused. He just likes to talk but then he stares at me from across the room. He doesn't compliment me or touch me or anything like that to show that he does like me. Yet, he continues to stare at me and talk to me. But he has made comments like I should move to Florida with him (which he is thinking about doing in a year) because we both hate snow. And also that he doesn't want me to quit the job (which I'm thinking about doing) because then he'll have no one to talk to (not true). So does he like me or not?

Honestly? Probably not. Just don't worry about it! The only reason why you THINK he MIGHT but aren't quite sure if he DOES is that you WANT him to like you. Don't worry about it. If he does, then he'll tell you eventually. If he doesn't, then you'll find out. *smile* Just keep your head clear, girl.

Sounds exactly like a man who is interested, but shy. Like i tell every one with theses questions. Just as much as women hate rejection so do men. I f you don't show a shy man your interested he may not make a move ever. So you compliment him or touch him as you are talking to him. Let him know that you like him and then he will do they same. Pretty much all you need to do is Break the Ice!!! Asking him to go after work for drinks or dinner might release some tension. If your alone and not around your co-workers you both may be able to relax. I hope my advice helps Good Luck!!!

The guy likes you, go to lunch with him. He likes you, just because he doesnt touch you (respecting your space) doesnt mean he's not interested. He's got eyes for you, he looks at you from across the room, he's probably fantasizing about holding you in his arms or you coming to him in romantic embrace.
You want to shock him, look at him in his eyes one day when youre in a private setting at work and lean in an kiss him. He'll love it. Then move to Florida with him, how fun would that be.

He definitely likes you if he is staring at you from across the room and saying you should move with him, even if hes joking, its flirtatious, ask him to go to lunch with you, just you two
