Limewire is an illegal software because it is free and you download from other people's computers ( I know... it sucks, doesn't it?) but if you have an anti-virus or a firewall that is blocking all illegal pop-ups, that could be the reason. Otherwise, try holding the Ctrl key while clicking on limewire.

For sure I know this problem because I had this problem. This means that you are missing a startup files for that program, The way I solved thsi issue was reinstalling this program.

because it's limewire. get rid of it and use kazaa
